1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the vs556 platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance, which are tracked separately.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

6.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

12 Termination

• Continued operation of the account would place vs556 in breach of its compliance obligations.

Upon termination for cause, vs556 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments

vs556 may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — vs556 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent on-platform notice displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the vs556 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. Closing your account prior to the effective date of a revision does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued under the prior Terms.
